Dawn is from the Midwest, NW Indiana just outside of Chicago, where she enjoyed living downtown in the ‘windy city’ before leaving the Midwest permanently.  She relocated to Arizona 30 years ago to join her family. She knew instantly it was her forever city.

Prior to entering the Real Estate field, she had a successful sales career marketing cutting edge, disposal services in the healthcare field.  Working throughout Metro Phoenix for years she gained great familiarity with most areas of “The Valley”.

With more than 10 years experience in real estate, Dawn is a Full-time, dedicated Professional who enjoys working with many types of buyers. She sold New Homes in an Active Adult, 55+ Resort-style Community for close to two years.  Her experience in this area provides added insight for buyers who are also interested in exploring building a brand-New Home.  She has resources to assist buyers thru all stages of the home buying process, including options for selecting a great loan officer.  She has a work ethic second to none.

As a golfer herself, Dawn is knowledgeable about golf course communities throughout many areas.  In her spare time, she enjoys golfing the beautiful Arizona golf courses.  She also enjoys traveling, cruising, her dog Kasey, movies, dining at new places and heading to the cool pines in Northern Arizona for a summer getaway whenever possible.  You must explore Arizona there is so much to enjoy ~
