⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ "I chose Randy Goff, and by extension Lucas Real Estate, to sell my home in the Warner Ranch area of Chandler, AZ after watching Jeff Lucas and eventually his daughter Erika ply that neighborhood for 25+ years. They were always pleasant, knowledgeable and hardworking. I appreciated those qualities and sought them out when I decided to sell my home. That decision was rewarded when, after only two weeks on the market, there was an offer on my home, and we just closed that deal a few days ago. The time and process that ensued between the buyer’s expression of interest and the actual transfer of money is where Randy Goff’s professionalism played a key role in the completion of that deal. On more than one occasion I was annoyed by the buyer’s approach to negotiations, attitude, and requests and I was ready to walk away.
