Randy was born and raised in Oklahoma.  He went to college in Durango, Colorado where he met his wife and and started his career in real estate and mortgages.  In 1997 he moved to the Valley and along with his wife, Erika, and father-in-law, Jeff, started Lucas Real Estate. 

Randy has helped many home buyers and sellers over the 25+ years of his real estate career.  Randy does much of the behind the scenes work at Lucas Real Estate as the marketing manager.

In addition to his real estate duties, Randy is the owner and broker of Chandler Mortgage LLC - a small, local mortgage broker with great rates and exceptional service.  Randy has worked in the mortgage business since 2000.  He feels it is a great service to be able to offer the clients of Lucas Real Estate an in-house mortgage experience.

In his spare time Randy enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids, Will and Hanna.  He loves to travel and play sports with his family and friends.
