Erika was born and raised in real estate.

Her journey began at just 12 years old, answering phones on weekends at her father’s real estate brokerage. From an early age, she learned that buying or selling a home isn’t just a transaction—it’s one of the most important financial and personal decisions people make.

After graduating from college, Erika and her husband, Randy, moved to the Valley of the Sun in 1997 to join her father, Jeff, and build their real estate business. Over nearly three decades in Arizona real estate, Erika has helped hundreds of buyers and sellers through changing markets and virtually every type of residential transaction, including luxury homes, new construction and land.

Erika is known for listening first, communicating clearly and giving her clients straightforward advice. Her extensive knowledge of contracts, strong negotiation skills and commitment to protecting her clients’ interests help them make confident, informed decisions throughout the buying and selling process.

For Erika, exceptional representation goes beyond getting a transaction to closing. It means understanding what matters to her clients, anticipating problems before they arise and being an advocate they can rely on from the first conversation through closing—and long after. The repeat clients and referrals that have shaped her business over the years are a reflection of the relationships and trust she has built throughout her career.

When she’s away from real estate, Erika enjoys skiing, hiking, cooking, entertaining and traveling with Randy and their family. The mountains and the beach remain her favorite places to spend time.
