Erika is originally from Columbus, Ohio, but grew up and lived in the mountains of Colorado. This is where she began her real estate career, at age twelve, answering the phones on the weekends at her father's real estate office. After graduating from Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado, where she met her husband, Randy, together they made the move to "The Valley of the Sun" in 1997, to join Erika's father, Jeff, and build their real estate company.

Erika has over 20 years of experience as a real estate broker. As a dedicated, full time professional, Erika has worked with hundreds of buyers and sellers to help them navigate the home buying and selling process. Her strong work ethic, desire to negotiate the best terms for her client, and see that her clients have a smooth transaction make her an agent that clients are happy to return to and refer to for their next move.

In her spare time, Erika and Randy have two kids that keep them busy with sports, school, and that they love to travel and spend time with. The beach and the mountains are her favorite destinations. She loves to cook, entertain and get outside to explore this beautiful state and beyond.
